| Too often we all complain about products and service. This note is an
exception to that practice. I have owned my Fisher cover for nearly 10 years. It has been a wonderful investment to protect my boat that sits outside year-round on its trailer. This season for the first time, I need some (minor I hope) repairs, and then only to the tiedown straps which have "given up the ghost" from constant winter exposure to sun. I have learned of your repair service through Oatley's Top Shop in Galena Maryland. My cover has recently been sent to your shop for general repair. That you continue to provide cost effective service to my cover is a seldom-equalled, but wonderful benefit of your company's approach to "Customer Satisfaction".
